Teens Program
The objective of our Jiu Jitsu training program is to teach participants and equipped them with practical self-defense techniques, and fighting skills to protect oneself, family and friends.
As a traditional martial arts that has been practiced for thousands of years, Jiu Jitsu can be characterized as a logical and practical method. It represents manipulating the opponent's force against himself rather than confronting it with one's own force.
Participants will learned the most efficient methods to neutralizing an enemy and those methods are joint locks, throws/takedowns, striking (atemi waza) and chokes/strangulation. Not only that, you will receive some benefits such as:
